摘要
为替代用高碳工具钢 T10ACr 和合金工具铜12MoV 制造模具和镶块的传统方法,缩短模具制造和修理周期,节省合金钢材,研制了新的刃口堆焊焊条和堆焊工艺,实现了在铸铁基体上直接堆焊刃口,并应用于制造和修理模具的生产实践,取得较好的经济效益。
In order to replacing the traditional manufacturing methods of dies and inlays with high-carbon tool steel TIOA and alloy tool steel Cr12MoV,the new edge surfacing welding electrodes and welding technology which short the manufacturing and repairing cycles of dies and save the alloy steel materials have been developed, and essentially realize the direct surfacing welding edge on the cast- iron.
