上矢状窦神经分布及其临床意义

The nervous distribution of the superior sagittal sinus and its clinical significance

用5例新鲜成人硬脑膜标本,固定后将上矢状窦按前、中、后三段进行冰冻纵、横切片,银染后在光镜下观察。结果表明,上矢状窦各壁均有神经分布。其中后段神经最多,中段次之,前段最少。此结果一方面说明上矢状窦可能与头痛有关;另方面它的神经可参与调节上矢状窦的血流,从而影响脑表面的静脉回流。

In the histological studies of thesuperior sagittal sinus of 5 fresh du-ra mater of brain,we observed thesensory and autonomic nerve fibers ofthe sinus wall.The nerve fibers inc-rease in number backwards and are thelargest in the posterior segment ofthe superior sagittal sinus.These re-sults suggest that superior sagittalsinus may play some role in headachesymptom and the nerve fibers mayadjust the venous circulation of thebrain.
