摘要
本文介绍了3例用带血管的肌瓣转位,用以桥接长段周围神经缺损,效果良好.在缺乏适当肌肉移位的局部,这是一种可供选择的手术新方法.
Three cases of transferring thepedicled skeletal muscle flap to bridgelong distance peripheral nerve defectwere reported.The satisfactory resu-lts as shown by clinical functional ex-amination and electromyography withan average time of 18-month followingup,demonstrated that the shortageof skeletal muscle bridge supplier inthe injured area can be resolved pe-rfectly by muscle flap transposition.
