摘要
在湖北省６个县市抽样调查人群葡萄糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ－６－ＰＤ）缺乏情况，以便为疟防工作使用伯喹提供资料。共调查１６３１例中小学生，有显著缺乏、轻度缺乏及可疑缺乏者３３例，占调查总数的２．０２％。Ｇ－６－ＰＤ缺乏症在性别和民族间有明显差异。
In order to provide the basic data for using primaquine in vivax malaria control, glucose6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) deficiency was investigated in six counties, Hubei Province.Out of assayed 1631 students, 22 were found to be highly G-6-PD deficiency and 11 possibly existed G-6-PD functional failure. G-6-PD deficiency existed significant difference in both sex and nationality. In addition, the method of nitroblue tetrazolium filter paper has been modified so as to be easily applied combined with indirect fluorescent antibody test in the field by local antiepidemic station or township hospital.
