Anatomical studies on the vascular aspect for palm replantation

未经固定的成人上肢标本30例,X 线动脉造影后,作成手掌部等距离的7个横断面,观测手掌部重要血管支在不同平面的位置、管径以及分布范围.据此,阐述了手掌部各平面的关键血管与供血评价,论述了不同平面断掌再植时吻接动脉的选择和寻找静脉的最佳部位.

Thirty fresh adult upper extre-mities were used to study the vascularstructure of palm by angiography,se-ctional and operative microscopic di-ssection.In seven sections of eachpalm,the calibre,position and dist-ribution of the vessels were observedand measured.In palm replantation atthree levels,the key arteries and ve-ins for suture were discussed and therelative data was provided.
