摘要
本文作者应用荧光偏振法测定老年脑血管病患者红细胞膜流动性,观察血浆、红细胞膜过氧化脂质(LPO)含量、血脂对红细胞膜流动性的影响。结果表明,老年脑血管病患者红细胞微粘度增加,膜流动性降低,与对照组比较有显著差异。相关分析结果表明,红细胞微粘度与血浆、红细胞膜LPO呈正相关;与血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、HDL-C无相关,提示在脑血管病患者,氧自由基是损伤红细胞膜流动性的因素之一,应用抗自由基药物有保护红细胞膜结构和功能的作用,有利于患者早期康复。
We measured the fluidity of erythrocyte memberane in elderly patients with cerebral vascular disease.The influencing factors,including the lipid peroxides in plasma and erythrocyte membrane and blood lipid,were also observed. Results indicated that in these patients,the erythrocyte membrane microviscosity increased and the membrane fluidity decreased significantly. Correlation analysis showed that the erythrocyte membrane microviscosity had apositive correlation with the lipid peroxide in plasma and erythrocyte membrane and no correlation with the serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and HDL-C,suggesting that the increase in lipid peroxide in plasma and erythrocyte membrane of patients with cerebral vascular disease was an important factor for the decrease in erythrocyte membrane fluidity. The use of anti-free radical drugs are useful to protect the structure and function of erythrocyte membrane.
