老年前期、老年期红细胞膜钠钾泵活性改变

Changes in erythrocyte membrane Na-K-pump in senile and presenile people

本文对无高血压病、糖尿病、肾脏疾病的健康者研究发现，在青中年组、老年前期组、老年组血胆固醇（ＴＣ）、血甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、红细胞膜钠钾泵活性随年龄变化而改变，到老年期血脂明显升高、红细胞膜钠钾泵活性明显下降。因而我们认为红细胞膜钠钾泵活性改变可作为老年人生理衰老的早期指标。老年人钠钾泵活性变化可能和内分泌功能改变、胰岛素抵抗、活动减少、细胞膜结构成分改变有关。

We studied the erythrocyte membrane Na-K-pump of the healthy elderly people. The results showed that the plasma cholesterol (Ch), triglyceride (TG) concentrations and Na-K-pump activity in the membrane of the erythrocytes were decreased as the ages were increased. It is suggested that the decreased activity of Na-K-pump was the mark of early senility. The decrease in Na-K-pump may be the results of physical inactiveness and changes in endocrinological function, insulin resistance, and changes in the structure of the cell membrane.
