烧伤晚期患者14例重睑成形术

The application of doublc upper eyclid plasty to late postburn patients

为烧伤晚期患者做重睑成形术，可改善其上睑外形。考虑到这类病人的上睑皮肤弹性较差，所以皮肤切口的宽度和外形要有相应的变化。同时，下移眶隔脂肪，改善上睑的弧度。利用上睑周围皮肤，以形成上睑的皱褶。结合应用Ｚ－Ｐｌａｓｔｙ矫正内外眦角畸形。自１９９１年以来，共为１４例烧伤晚期患者施行重睑术，获得满意结果。

The double upper eyelid plasty can be done for late postburn patients to improve the ap-pearance of upper eyelid.It should be emphasiged that the elasticity of eyelid skin is poor in them.So,the incisions should be designed individually according to the appearance. At the same time,the fat inupper orbital partition should be descended,and the arc of upper eyelid can be improved. The stereo-scopic image of upper eyelid can be formed. The skin of upper eyelid is often more tight in patients whohave beleived skin grafting operation earlier. For forming the wrinkle of upper eyelid,the skin sur-rounding the upper eyelid should be used, and the width of skin incision is adjusted for a fine aestheticfeeling.Snice 1991, fourteen patients with late postburn scar have been done with this upper eyelidplasty, and a satisfactory result achieced.
