前额眉区解剖及在整形美容外科的意义

Anatomy of the frontal and eyebrow region and its significance in plastic aesthetic surgery

采用手术显微镜下解剖和光镜组织切片的方法，对成人尸头３具６侧（其中１具２侧为墨汁灌注），儿童尸头２具６侧的前额眉区结构进行解剖学观察研究。确认了国人眉区眉脂肪垫的存在，初步研究国人眉脂肪垫的位置、大小、结构特点、血运构筑、额肌纤维及其筋膜鞘在眉区的走行、结构特点，及上述组织结构与眶上神经血管、眼轮匝肌、眶隔等的解剖关系。讨论前额眉区解剖在整形美容外科中的意义。

With dissection under operative microscope and observing the histological sections offace specimen in 6 adult and 4 infant cadavers,we carried out some anatomic studies about the frontaland eyebrow region. This study confirmed the existence of the eyebrow fat pad and described the situa-tion,site,characters of this structure and its blood supply,the frontalis muscle,its fascial sheath,andtheir relationship with supraorbital neurovascular bandle. The orbicularis muscle,orbital septum and itssignificance in plastic and aesthtic surgery were also discussed。
