5 flap technique for correction of fascicular and webbed scar

报告了一组应用五瓣法（５—Ｆｌａｐｔｅｃｈｎｉｑｕｅ）整复损伤和烧伤所致蹼状瘢痕挛缩畸形，获得良好治疗效果。并就手术设计、原理、操作方法及适应证进行了讨论。

This article reported the experiece of treating 35 cases of fascicular and webbed scar by5-fiap technique. The 5-flap combining double Z-plasty and Y-V advancement, not only relieve thecontracture but also lengthen the local tissue. The technique itself is simple and the zig-zag suture linecan prevent contracture effectively and increase the length of local tissue by 50%-73%. All cases ob-tained satisfactorv curative effect
