面颅部畸形综合治疗22例报告

The comprehensive treatment of cranio-facial deformities in 22 cases

面颅部畸形常同时伴有皮肤、软组织及骨的畸形，尤其是外伤、感染、肿瘤等原因造成的面部多组织的损伤，单纯依靠修复皮肤或骨组织都很难达到治疗效果。作者通过２２例面颅部畸形的综合治疗，即在修复面、颅骨的同时，进行皮肤软组织的修复，获得满意的整形及修复效果，本文结合病例对有关综合治疗的术前设计、充填材料的选择进行了讨论。

Deformities were usually coexisting in the facial skin and bony tissues. Infection,injury and tumor were the chief reasons of multitissue deformities in facial region. Only to repair the bony deformity or the skin deformity alone had little effect. Comprehensive treatments were taken in 22 cases of cranio-facial deformities.Satisfactory clinical restlts were obtained The design of operation,selec-tion of filling material were discussed.
