用口内进路并列垂直小切口，将硅胶体埋植于骨膜下。从解剖和生理的观点来看，本手术是基于解剖和美容上要求。该手术进路证明：手术安全可靠，技术操作容易，极小损伤，并发症少。临床施术２５例，经六个月至一年随访疗效满意，并就手术有关问题进行了讨论。

This article introduced a new augmentative chin-plasty with silicon rubber matrix by intraoral approach operation Small incisions were made in the mouth, the silastic matrix implant intro-duced through a small intraoral parellel-vertical incision. The silastic matrix was placed under the periosteum. From the anatomical and physiologic point of view, this operation is based on need of anatomy and aesthetics. This approach were proved to be safe and reliable, easily manipulated,tiny in-jury and only a few complications. The clinical application of 25 cases with a follow-up examination of six months to one year after operation showed the results were satisfactiry.
