摘要
本文介绍了精子尾部卷曲试验及影响因素（时间、温度、ｐＨ）。３０例正常生育男性和４３例不育男性的精液分析表明，精子尾部卷曲率与精子活率具有高度的相关性（ｒ＝０．９６２５），与精子密度无相关性（ｒ＝０．１６２）；男性生育组与不育组之间的精子尾部卷曲率具有显著性差异（ｘ±ｓ，百分率分别为７５．２１±２０．０１和５９．４３±２０．５４，Ｐ＜０．０５）。
In this paper,sperm tail curl assay and influencing factors (such as time,temperature,pH) were investigated. The semen samples from 30 fertile men and 43 infertile men were analysed.Restilts showed that the ratio of sperm tail curl was positively correlated with sperm viability (r=0. 9625).There was no correlation between the ratio of sperm tail curl and sperm concertration.The ratio of sperm tail curl showed great significant difference between fertile group and infertile group (x±s,75.21±20.01% and 59.43±20.54%,p<0.05).
