用聚合酶链反应诊断男性淋菌性尿道炎

Diagnosis of male gonorrheal urethritis using polymerase chain reaction

采用聚合酶反应（ＰＣＲ），对１５０例男性淋菌性尿道炎病人进行检测。与直接涂片检查的结果相比较，ＰＣＲ具有快速、特异和敏感的特点。

A hundred and fifty male patients with gonorrheal urethritis were diagnosed by polymerase chain reaetion (PCR).In comparison with the results of dirrect examination by smear, PCR was characterized with rapidity,specificity and sensitivity.
