摘要
目前,高强度的轻型材料的开发颇为引人注目,而且已取得若干实质性的进展。 首先是镁合金材料,其密度为1.74mg/m^3,是结构用金属材料中最小的。这种材料200℃以上的加工性良好,不亚于铝合金。但低于200℃时,镁的晶体结构为最致密的六面体结构,加工性差,若在室温下进行塑性加工,会全面开裂。因此镁合金制品主要通过铸造成形。今后为满足构件轻型化和安全性的需要,开发延展用镁合金是当务之急。
Along with the progressing of science and technology, the light materials have been used in more and more fields. This paper mainly introduces the development and application of light materials over the world, such as the magmesium alloy, modular cast iron, strengthen fibre metal and so on.
