语音信号处理用以实现人-人、人-机器和机器-人的通信,是现代通信领域的重要环节。本文详细介绍了其三个分支,即语音编码、语音合成、语音识别与理解的研究和应用现状及其发展。
As an important link of modern communication. speech signal processing is used for human-human, human-machine and machine-human Communications. This paper elaborates the three elements hereof. namely speech coding, speech synthesis and speech recognition.
