Developing ISDN to Spur the Applications and Popularization of New Telecom Services

本文从ISDN的业务能力入手,讨论其在开发新业务方面的应用,并对我国电信网开放ISDN业务的装备条件和在我国推进ISDN的策略做了分析和探讨。

Starting with the ISDN service capabilities, this paper talks over the applications of ISDN in the development of new services and then analyses and studies the epuipment conditions for operating ISDN services in the domestic telecom network and the policies of carrving forward ISDN in China.
