儿茶酚胺抗体的制备

摘要 儿茶酚胺(CA)是生物体内具有重要作用的交感神经活性递质。但由于CA在体内含量少,用一般常用的方法,如液相色谱法和荧光法,在特异性、敏感性及操作方面都有一定的局限。因此我们在参考文献的基础上将目前常用方法加以改进,对CA抗血清的制备进行了研究,现将结果报告如下。 The haptens(L-epinephrine, L-norepinephrine and dopamine) were conjugated to bovine serum albumine by Mannich reaction after N-maleylation of the catecholamines for protecting the amino groups of the side chains. The maleyl groups were removed by acid hydrolysis and dialysis. These conjugates were emulsified in adjuvant and injected into rabbits. The antisera were screened by immunodiffusion. The results showed that the antibodies to each of the conjugates could be produced in rabbits' sera. The speci ficity of the antibody to L-epinephrine was found to be the best among the three antisera.
