摘要
自23例非神经科手术病人身上取脑脊液与血清配对标本.以RIE、ELISA和ABC-ELISA法测定IgA、IgG、IgD、IgM及IgE水平,得出国人脑脊液5类免疫球蛋白水平参考正常值。其中IgA、IgM、IgD及IgE等4类Ig index和Ig-SYN系首次报导。
5 classes of immunoglobulins of the paired cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and serum samples from 23 neurologically healthy individuals were detected by avidin-biotin complex-ELISA and rocket immuno electrophoresis(RIE) methods and Ig-index and intrathecal Ig synthesis rate(SYN) are also calculated based on Tibbling's and Tourtellotte's formula. The results of correlation analysis showed that the level of cerebrospinal fluid immunoglobulins do not correlate with their corresponding levels in serum but with the corresponding Ig-index and Ig-SYN (P<0.01) except for IgE. which suggest that CSF-Ig level be not influenced by serum Ig level but to a great extent by intrathecal Ig synthesis rate under the conditions of normal blood-brain barrier permeability and normal serum Ig level, which might means most of the immunoglobulins in cerebrospinal fluid are synthesized locally within central nervous system, even in the normal conditions.
