巯甲丙脯酸对活化白细胞所致血管平滑肌细胞损伤的保护作用

摘要 用酵母多糖活化的白细胞与大鼠主动脉血管平滑肌细胞共同孵育,观察白细胞对培养的血管平滑肌细胞的影响,并加入巯甲丙脯酸(captopril)观察其对细胞的保护作用。结果表明,活化的白细胞可使培养液中乳酸脱氢酶和丙二醛含量增高,加入巯甲丙脯酸后则使两者的含量均降低。这说明活化的白细胞可造成血管平滑肌细胞的损伤,而巯甲丙脯酸对这种损伤则具有保护作用,其作用机制与清除自由基,抗脂质过氧化有关。 It have observed the damage effect of Leukocyte activated by zymosan on the cultured vascular smooth muscle cell and cytoprotective activity of captopril. The result suggested that when the vascular smooth muscle cells were incubated with activated leukocytes, both lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) level in the culture medium were significantly increased as compared with the control group. If captopril was added into the culture medium, both LDH and MDA were decreased. This discovery indicated that the activated leukocytes could induce the injury of vascular smooth muscle cells, and captopril could alleviate the vascular smooth muscle cells injury. The mechanism of cytoprotective effect of captopril is correlated with the suppression of the production of oxygen-derived free radicals in certain extent.
