摘要
对实验性缺血心肌的超微结构照片使用图像数字化仪进行体视学研究，结果显示线粒体等细胞器在缺血３０ｍｉｎ后即可产生明显的变化，提供了诊断早期心肌缺血的立体计量数据。
The designer pad is an excellent equipment for examining the pathological morphological structure.It is rapid,accurate and better than the traditional test grid method.The ultrastructure of experimental ischemic myocardium was examined with this equipment.The result showed that stereological quantitative changes of mitochondria and so on occurred if the ischemic condition lasted more than 30 min.
