摘要
本文采用模糊聚类分析方法,探讨了如何对碘缺乏病县防治监测结果进行评价和分析,以指导防治工作。通过对江苏10个重点碘缺乏病区县患病率、7~14岁中小学生肿大率、健康成人尿碘和碘盐合格率4项指标监测结果进行模糊聚类分析,将10个县分为3类,其中6个县归为一类,各指标监测结果大致相仿;另有3个县归为一类,这些县碘盐合格率偏低;另有一县自成一类,该县健康成人尿碘水平偏低。
Using Fuzzy Cluster Analysis method, the author study how to evaluate ana analysis monitoring results of prevention and control of IDD in ten monitoring spot of iodine deficient areas of county in Jiangsu. By means of Fuzzy Cluster Analysis to the data of four index on resident Prevalence rate, thyroid enlargement rate of aged 7-14 year old children, iodine content level of urine of healthy growing up person and qualified rate of iodine content in iodinated salt, these iodine deficient areas of county are clustered three groups. It will help us to guide prevention and controllin IDD.
