Microcomputer System of Spinning-Machine

介绍了纺丝机微机控制系统的研制。该系统采用STD总线工控机为主控机,8031单片机系统为备用机,对四台VD406纺丝机实行控制。主控系统故障时可无扰切换到备用机。为保证能在恶劣的环境下长期连续运行,系统设有多级可靠性措施。该系统控制精度高、功能齐全、操作使用方便,已在现场稳定可靠运行两年多,有极好的推广应用价值。

Microcomputer system of spinning-machine is introduced. STD bus control processor is adopted,which uses 8031 single-chip computer as its STDBY for control of four spinning-machines model VD406. In case the control processor is out of order,the system can be switched over to stand-by computer without interference. To ensure continous duty under bad situation,multiple protections are installed. After operation for two years on the spot,the system proves to be fine-controlled,functional,convenient and operational,thus it is worth popularizing.
