摘要 以科学的方法评估每头猪的肥瘦度,对现代肉类加工部门具有重要的现实意义和经济价值。本文介绍“Y”型反射式光纤传感器在猪肉肥瘦度检测系统中的应用,详细介绍了一种光纤传感智能检测系统的原理及组成,讨论了其硬件和软件的结构设计。使用表明,该检测系统能满足猪肉胴体肥瘦度检测的要求。 t is very important that the fat/lean proportion of pork is evaluated scientifically in meat product branchs in order to appraise the price of every pig. According to the suggestion of Nanjing meat product factory, if the fat/lean proportion of a nude pig (removed visceraee and pigskin)could be measured at several typical points, the persentage of lean meat of the pig can be evaluated by an experiential formula as the base of evaluating the fat/lean ratio. This paper presents the 'Y' reflective fiber-optic sensor and its application to a fat/lean proportion detection system. The principle and structure of the intelligent fiber-optic sensor measurement system are decribed in detail. Additionally,the hardware and the software designs are discussed. This intelligent measurement system has the advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio and interference-free capability. It is shown that this system can meet the requirements of fat/lean proportion measurement of pork.
