摘要
本文就总体服从指数分布情况，分有替换与无替换定数截尾试验对国外某可靠性标准中一个试验费用公式给出了推导，并对其应用予以讨论。
The present article has deduced a formula on the life-expectancy test expense evaluation concerning the reliability standard abroad on the basis of analysing the exponential distribution depending on the models while dividing the end-off tests into substitutional and non-substitu-tional ones. Further applications have also been discussed herein.
