An Analysis of Specialist's Level During the Rewards Judgement

本文依据国家和军队科技进步奖评审的实践，对所取得的参评专家的动态权重的数值进行了统计分析，提出了对参评专家在评审工作中所表现的水准高低进行考核的方法．

On the basis of Judging practice of scientific and technological advance reward of country and PLA,this paper gives a statistical analysis of numerical value about changeable weights of specialists opinion participating in the Judgement, and puts forwards a method in order to investigate the specialist's level during judgement.
