摘要 本文用随机模型分析零级兼一级并存的混合级吸收动力学特性,并将保证率曲线图的方法,用于判定体内吸收过程属于单纯零级或单纯一级吸收还是混合级吸收,同时通过概率的方法估计在混合级吸收过程中零级及一级吸收各占比例的范围。 The stochastic model is studied drug absorption kinetics with mixed order by simultaneous first-order and zero-order in body. Guarantee rate curve plot is applied to determine whether an order of absorption process is first-order, zero-order or mixed order. The proportion of first-order and zero-order to the overall absorption process is estimated.
