摘要
本文报导日本血吸虫(大陆株)雌性、雄性以及合抱成虫可溶性抗原制剂,佐以卡介苗免疫小鼠产生的抗血清对机械转变的日本血吸虫童虫的体外杀伤作用。结果3种抗血清对童虫均具有相当的杀伤力。比较抗血清对不同虫龄童虫的敏感性,结果转变后孵育24hr童虫对抗血清的敏感性明显地弱于0hr与3hr童虫,表明虫体体被的发育和完善与抗免疫杀伤功能有关。
The mechanically transformed schistosomula were incubated in the anti ?serum from mice immunized with SWAPf, SWAPm and SWAPP for 48hr, respectively. The death rate of the schistosomula was 34. 3%, 35. 3% and 35. 9%. Another result showed that the death rate of 24hr old schistosomula was significantly lower than Ohr and 3hr old ones. It indicated that killing ability of anti - serum was closely related to the development of the tegment of the schistosomula.
