随着我国通信建设的大发展，数字电信网也日益扩大和发展，ＮＯ．７信令系统的组建将日趋重要。本文根据攀枝花市本地电话网的实际，对本地Ｎｏ．７信令网规划与组织中的网路组成方式、ＬＳＴＰ的设置、信令点编码、信令网的安全可靠等问题进行了探讨。

with the vast development of the telecommunication industry of China and the fast expansion of digital network,the construction of CCS No.7 signalling system is stepping onto the daily agenda, TaKing into account of the practicalsituation of the local telephone network of PanzHiliua,this paper deals with the planning,construction hierachy,building ofLSTP,aignal point encoding and the reliability of CCS No. 7 network when constructing the local CCS No.7 signalling network.
