本文首先提出使用计算机进行网络规划与管理的必要性．之后，在论述ＳＤＨ体系结构与网络组织的基础上，指出了ＳＤＨ网络中实现计算机管理的各个方面，并讨论了软件实现方法。最后，总结了计算机管理的优越性。

First this paper maintains that it is necessary to use the computer in the network planning and management,analyzes the SDH structure and its network formation,points out the areas in SDH network where computer managementcan be achieved and how it can be done ,and finally sums up the advantages of computer management.
