摘要
采用2×3单因子有重复方法设计网箱饲养鲤鱼种的试验。A、B两种配合饲料中粗蛋白含量基本相同,分别为18.17%和17.86%.必需氨基酸(EAA)含量也大体相等,分别为7.39%和7.31%。A饲料中动物蛋白源为10%的鱼粉,B饲料中为5%的羽毛粉+5%的鱼粉。试验结果表明:鲤鱼体内赖氨酸的沉积率最高,分别达73.88%和79.57%;组氨酸次之,分别为60.22%和61.28%。缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸+胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸的沉积率因配合饲料的品质不同呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。饲料品质越好,必需氨基酸沉积率越高。
Common carp fingerlings cage culture experiment was designed with 2×3 one factor and duplicated method. The contents of protein and essential amino acid in two kinds of formulated feed were almost tile same,i. e. 18. 17% and 17. 86%, 7. 39% and 7. 31 % respectively. The animal protein in Feed A was originated from fish meal(10%),that in Feed B was from both feather meal(5% ) and fish meal(5% ). The results showed that the deposit rate of Lys in common carp was the highest, 73. 88% and 79. 57% respectively. Fol lowed by that of His.,being 60. 22% and 61. 28% respectively. The deposit rates of Val,Met, Met +Cys and Phe+Tyr were significantly different (P<0.05),varied with the different quality of the feeds. The better the feed quality,the higher the deposit rate of essentialamino acid.
