摘要
在温度20±1℃和盐度22─24‰条件下,对海蜇螅状幼体和碟状幼体进行了窒息点和耗氧量的初步测定。结果表明:螅状幼体的窒息点低于0.10mg·L,直径3.4─10.2mm碟状幼体的窒息点为0.17─0.20mg·L。螅状幼体的个体耗氧量为2.93μg·d,耗氧率为2.66mg·g·h(干重):直径3.4、4.6和10.2mm碟状幼体的个体耗氧量分别为4.77、25.41和79.45μg·d,耗氧率分别为4.97、2.46和1.12mg·g·h(干重)。
The lethal DO concentration and oxygen consumption were determinated on scyphistoma and ephyra of Rhopilema esculenta under a temperature of 20±1℃, a saiinity of 22─24.Results showed that the lethal DO concentration for scyphistoma was less than 0.10mg·L , and those for ephyra, which the mean diameter was from 3.4mm to 10.2mm,was between 0.17 and 0.20mg ·L , The oxygen consumption and oxygen consumption rate for scyphistoma were 2.93μg· ind ·d and 2.66mg·g·h ,respectively. The oxygen consumption for ephyra, which the mean diameter was 3.4、.6 and 10.2mm,was 4.77、25.41 and 79.45μg·ind ·d ,and the rate of oxygen consumption for the corresponding ephyra was 4.97、2.46 and 1.12mg·g h ,respec-tively.
