摘要
以多刺裸腹Moinamacrocopa为研究对象,进行发酵草浆的培养试验。在供试的18种发酵草浆中,各发酵草浆间的饵料效果差异显著。其中旱草以蒲公英Taraxurumofficinale的饵料效果最佳,采收量达31个/ml;水草以水芹Oenanthejavanica的饵料效果最佳,采收量达17个/ml。混合发酵草浆的饵料效果很好,采收量高达40个/ml。旱草发酵草浆的饵料效果普遍比水草发酵草浆好。投喂旱草发酵草浆,多刺探腹Moinamacrocopa的平均采收量为12个/ml,投喂水草发酵草浆,平均采收量为8.4个/ml。试验结果表明:发酵草浆具有较好的饵料效果,并有开发利用前景。
In this paper 18 kinds of fermentative grass pulps for cultivating MOm amacrocopa are studied. There are quite different feed effects of 18 fermentative grass pulps.Taraxurum offl'cinate is the best of the terrestrial grasses, with a which the yield of M.macrocopa is 31 mds/ml. Oenanthe javanica is the best of the aquatic plants,with which theyield of M. macrocopa is 17 mds/ml. When mixed fermentative grass pulps are utilized,thefeed effects are excellent and the highest yield reaches 40 mds/ml. In general, the feed effectof fermentative terrestrial grass pulp is better than that of aquatic plant pulps. When thefermentative terrstrial and aquatic plant pulps are utilized for cultivating M. macrocopa, theaverage yields are 12 mds/ml and 8. 4 mds/ml respectively. These experiments present thefermentative grass pulps have higher feed effect and it has bright prospects to exploit andutilize them.
