灰水回收利用中结垢倾向判断方法及其应用

EVALUATION OF SCALE-FORMING TENDENCY AND ITS APPLICATION TO SCALE PREVENTION FOR ASH-WATER RECOVERED AND REUSED SYSTEM IN FIRE POWED PLANT

提出一种适合燃煤电厂灰水回收利用系统结垢倾向判断的实用方法──实测ＣａＣＯ＿３沉淀势法及相应的判据。运用该指标不仅可以快速判断ＣａＣＯ＿３结垢倾向及结垢严重程度，还可以用于灰水回收利用系统的防止ＣａＣＯ＿３结垢的防垢效果判断，在实验室阻垢剂筛选及现场工业试验调试中有一定参考价值。

The index of calcium carbonate precipitation is introduced and its criteria are proposed for evaluation of CaCO3 scale in ash water recovery and reused system.The index can indicate the tendency and the extent of scale formation in unhandied ash water system,and the effect of scale preventing in handled ash water system with scale inhibitors.For practical purposed,the i9ndex of CCPP can be used for selecting scale inhibitors in the laboratory and for conditioning the amount of scale inhibitors in the plant tests.
