摘要
提出了模拟模型与优化技术相结合的,适用于大型跨流域调水工程优化调度的数学模型。在模型中目标函数考虑了各子目标函数,不同供水目标,不同灌区和不同灌溉季节等四方面的平衡协调问题。在分析调水工程水量调度特点的基础上,确定了调度图的形式及其优化方法。
In this study, one mathematic model witch combines the simulation model with the optimum technique is established. it can be used in the operation and management of large scale water transfer project. In the model, the different objective functions, water user, irrigation region and season are considered in the obective function. The Operation Guide Curves for the project, one multiple cascaded reservoirs system, and their optimization are discussed based on the analysis of the project features on the opreation.
