梯级水库防洪规划设计方法

摘要 梯级水库联合拦洪以满足下游某地区的防洪要求时,该地区的防洪标准和防洪措施,需进行经济计算比较,并采用净效益最大的原则优选确定。对满足同一防洪标准的各种防洪措施,也可用年费用最小的原则优选。而梯级水库大坝防洪安全的相互保证,则必须高度重视梯级各库之间的相互关系。 To meet the requirements of downstream flood prevention by Joint operation of cascade reservoirs, flood prevention criterion and flood protection measures must be determined by the criteria of maximum benefit through economic analysis. Flood protection measures under the same flood prevention criteria may be optimistically selected by the criteria of minimum yearly cost.Dam safety of the cascade reservoirs shall be ensured by one another. Therefore,a high attention shall be paid to their retationships.
