中国农村居民患病影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究通过分层抽样,随机抽取了分布在22个省(市、自治区)的39个县,然后在县、乡级逐级随机抽样,全国共抽得119个村,最后对所抽村进行逐户调查。调查内容主要包括居民两周患病情况、医疗服务利用等。结果是,居民两周患病率为157.37‰,男性为149.21‰,女性为165.79‰。再以居民两周患病率为因变量,采用逐步回归分析方法,结果筛选出影响居民患病的因素有:人均收入,文化水平,人口密度,地理类型及服务覆盖等。其回归方程的确定系数为0.688,调整的确定系数为0.5741。
