摘要
钢筋窄间隙焊接技术是采用小线能量短弧连续焊,自动成型,自动排渣、排气,自回火,一次焊成的新工艺.它特别是适用于水利水电行业钢筋混凝土工程中的工期紧,粗钢筋密集、焊接工作量大的施工作业面.应用该项技术,焊接规范、焊条选择以及接头的强韧性匹配问题至关重要.通过对接头式样进行微型剪切试验和金相试验,以及对焊接接头进行拉伸、冷弯等试验,结果表明:对竖直位置钢筋采用窄间隙手工电弧焊时,选用国产CHE606焊条,焊接电流控制在145~165A范围内,能确保接头的焊接质量.
Narrow-gap welding for reinForced bar ia a new technology which uses low heat input ) short-arc successive welding, automatic forming, aUtomatic removing slag and gas, auto-tem-pering, and once weld-forming. It especially suits to the construction areas which there are the concentrated thick reinforced bars, a lot of welding work. and a short construction period. The electrodeselection and the match of strength-toughniss of welding joint are very important in this weldingtechnology. On the basis of the results of micro-shear test,, metallography test, tensile test, andcold-bent test for the welding joint, we can got that the quality of the welding joint of vertical reinforced bar is ensured with the manual narrow-gap welding if the electrode J6O6 (made in China) andthe welding current 145 ~ 165A are selected.
