摘要
西藏羊卓雍湖抽水蓄能电站是目前世界上海拔最高的抽水蓄能电站.该电站长6km的引水隧洞建在海拔4400m以上,也属世界第一.工程所在地高寒缺氧,大气压力低,空气干燥,温差变化大,人和机械的生产效率都受到严重影响,加上工程施工点多、面广、战线长、工期紧等特点,给施工带来了极大的困难.承建该电站的武警水电第三总队,依靠科学技术,加强施工技术管理,精心组织,精心施工,工程施工速度快、质量好,为高原水电施工摸索出了一套成功的经验.
Yamzho Yumco Pumped Storage Plant, comparing with any other pumped storageplants, is located at the highest altitude. So it brings a construction inefficiency because of alpine coldand oxygen-dificiency, low atmosphric pressure and low temperature, etc.. In addition, its constructionis very difficult in the case of a short period and many work faces. Depending on the scientifictechnology and managernent, serious organization and construction, the construction has made a goodprogress. Meanwhile, it provides a successful model for plateau hydropower projects.
