Effect of non-stationary random disturbance on the prediction of water quality

本文建立了一个非平稳随机模型，研究了扰动为非平稳随机过程时，对水质预测的影响，并对模型的统计特性进行了分析，最后给出了一个扰动为白噪声时的实例．

A model of river water quality is developed for the case that the disturbance is a non - stationary random process, and the statistic property of the model is discussed. An example is given in which the random disturbance is the white noise.Good agreement between the results of this model and other existing models has been obtained.
