本文建立了一变参数自适应流量演算法以求非线性解或准线性解，提出了模型的参数识别法，并利用假设检验确定模型阶数ｎ．

In order to get nonlinear or quasilinear solution, VPAFR model is established in this paper. It gives identification of parameters and searches the ranking of the model by using hypothesis testing method. The practical result shows that the model is of high efficiency.
