摘要 结合依萨河二级水电站高压管道的1:1比尺原材料结构模型试验,论述了钢衬钢筋混凝土明管在内水压力作用下的静力响应基本成果和超载能力,提出了多种材质联合受力结构的破坏标准,并将结构模型试验成果与现场水压试验原型观测成果和计算成果进行了对比分析。现场水压试验和高压管道运行情况表明,在钢村与内层钢筋之间设置连接件更能充分发挥结构联合受力作用,同时也是改善间隙给管道受力带来不利影响的措施之一。 Reference to the prototype sized structure model test of high pressure pipe for the second cascade Yisahe hydropower station,overload Capacity of an exposed reinforced concrete pipe with steel linar and its static force response under internal water pressure were expounded. A failure criteria of multi-material composite structure under a load was proposed. Results of the structure model test,results of a prototype test,and results of computation were compared and analyzed. The in-situ water pressure teSt and operation of the pipe showed that linking pieces between the steel linar and steel bars in the inner layer can increase their joint loadability and decrease negative impact of clearances among different material structures to pipe loadability.
