试论我国水电厂的改革

Expound reform of hydropower stations in China

作者根据我国水电厂困难大、劳动生产率低，人员素质差的现状，指出在市场经济的今天，必须走世界先进国家水电厂共同走过的道路：即对水电厂全面实行计算机自动、运动监控，实时监测运行工况，推行诊断检修，延长检修间隔，分阶段实现水电厂无人值班，少人巡视维护、一专多能、集中管理的发展模式。

In view of existing situation of hydropower stations in China, the author points out that our hydropower stations should follow the way which advanced hydropower stations in developed countries adopted. The practices is to utilize computer-aided automatic control and remote control, to monitor operation modes in real-time, to extend a diagnostic overhaul system, and to prolong overhaul in terval in order to gradually realize unmanned operation,a few Persons for maintenance, and concentrated management pattern.
