摘要
新疆风力发电总厂是集生产、制造、科研三位一体的机构，现有装机容最１０７００ｋｗ，位于全国同行业前列，１９９５年人均年总产值可达１３０万元。达坂城风电厂自投产至今已安全运行１０００ｄ，总发电量达３５８１万ｋｗ·ｈ，为乌鲁木齐电网调峰作出了贡献。总厂在资金筹措、安全生产、风机国产化及管理工作等方面作出厂有益的尝试并取得厂可喜的成绩，为风力发电这一洁净能源在中国的发展趟出厂一条路子。
The Wing Power General Plant of Xinjiang Power Industry Bureau is a body with production, manufacture andscientific research. The existing installed capacity in the plint is 10700 kwW, ranking the forefront of the same trade in China. In 1995. the annual gross production value per capita will reach 1. 3million RMB. Since it was put into operation, Dabancheng Wind Power Plant has been operated safety for 1000 days and the total electricity output has reached 35. 81 million kW' h so that it has been made a contribution to the peaking for Urumqi Power Network. In the aspects of financing, safe production, products localization of wind power generator and management. the general plant has made some beneficial tests and achieved some gratifying achievements so that it has opened up a road for the development of wind power generation in China.
