摘要
本文提供了综合考虑水文与气象因素预报径流的方法及其在黄河上游地区应用的结果，重点讨论的是中、长期预报。
The paper presents a method of correlative integration of qualitatfive and quantitative runoff forecasting with consideration of hydlrological and meteorological facfors.The results of applying this method for the catchment area of upstream Yellow River is discussed. The paper is aimed mainly at mid--term and longterm forecasting.
