摘要
本文对不同产地花棒种子中油脂的含量、理化性质、脂肪酸组成、蛋白质的氨基酸组成以及枝叶中的粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗脂肪、粗纤维、淀粉、可溶性糖、灰分等成分进行了分析。结果表明:花棒种子含有丰富的脂肪和蛋白质,其中亚油酸、油酸和亚麻酸含量占脂肪酸总量的90%,与紫苜蓿相比,花棒嫩枝及叶含有丰富的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、淀粉、可溶性糖及灰分.
Oil content,physico-chemical properties of the oil, composition of fatty acids,amino acid composition of protein in seeds of Hedysaruom scoparium from Shaanxi,Ningxia and Xinjiang,and protein,amino amino acids,fat,cellulose,starch,sugar and minerals in the twigs and leaves have been analyzed. The results show that the seeds were rich in oil and protein. The content of linolelc,oleic and linolenic in the oil account for 90% of the fatty acids. Compared with alfalfa plentiful crude protein,fat, starch,sugar and minerals existed in the twigs and leaves.
