摘要
在染色体自动分析系统中,提出了一种利用图象边沿与细化后骨架找交连分割特征的新方法,实验证明它对常见的6种交连分割十分有效,把染色体分析的自动化程度向前推进了一步。
An algorithm is presented for separating touching and overlapping chromosomes,which is often necessary in bone-marrow metaphase analysis. It is primarily based on analysis of thecontours and the node of the skeleton of chromosomes.A 95% success rate was obtained for a set of46 individual clusters of overlapping chromosomes.
