踏郎种子、嫩枝及叶的化学成分

摘要 对踏郎种子中油脂的含量、理化性质、脂肪酸组成以及蛋白质的含量和氨基酸组成进行了分析,同时,对踏郎嫩枝和叶中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、淀粉、可溶性糖和灰分等成分进行了分析。分析结果表明:踏郎种子含有丰富的脂肪和蛋白质,油中亚油酸、油酸和亚麻酸含量占脂肪酸总量的90%;与紫苜蓿相比,踏郎嫩枝和叶含有丰富的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、淀粉、可溶性糖和钙。 Oil content, physico-chemical properties of the oil,composition of fatty acids, protein content, amino acid composition in seeds of Hedysarum laeve, and crude protein, fat, cellulose,starch,sugar and minerals in the twigs and leaves have been analyzed. The results show that the seeds were rich in oil and protein. The content of linoleic, oleic and lindenic in the oil accounted for 90% of the fatty acids. Compared with alfalfa, plentiful crude protein, fat, starch, sugar and calcium existed in the twigs and leaves.
