摘要 依据化学热力学和动力学,材料界面科学,内扩散理论以及某些元素促进共渗的机理,本文在不加催渗剂和增添设备的情况下,设计出了循环两段C—TS、预强渗脉动PS—P及双重DB快速渗氮新工艺。该工艺省时节能,节约原材料,渗氮效果良好,具有明显的经济效益.新工艺不仅适用于38CrMoAlA渗氮专用钢,还适用于42CrMo、40Cr、30CrMnTi、23Mn3V2Al等材料。 We've desigend new quick-nitriding processes-cyclic Two-Stage C-TS, prestrongl absorbing nitrogen-pulsating PS-P and double DB on the base of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics, surface science, internal diffusion theory and inter-promotion mechanism of some elements in diffusion. Using these processes, no catalyst and new equipment are added, not only can we save time and therefore economize on energy and material, but also get good effect. These processes have been used in production successfully, and large profit has been made. The new processes are suitable to specialized nitriding steel as 38CrMoAlA, as well as to 42CrMo, 40Cr,30CrMnTi and 23Mn3V2Al, etc.The application future of these new processes is very bright.
