摘要
本文从原料、工艺和设备着手,分析了制绵新工艺生产过程中由前至后有关影响精梳绵质量的主要原因,提出相应的改进方法和采取一定的措施,从而稳定提高了B311精梳绵质量水平,也使绸面糙白点得到了控制。
Starting with the material, technology and equipment, this paper analyses the main factors affecting the quality of fine drafts throughout the new process Of draft making, and proposes some measures to improve and stabilize the quality of fine draft B311, so as to minimize white chikas on the fabric.
